It means you can either draw a straight line from your character's fist to the opponent's face or you can create a path through the air that makes your character fly until it lands the blow. Depending on the trajectory these hits have different damage values and you need to make sure that your hits do more damage than those you get. This is a fun fighting game where you can have lots of fun drawing kicks and punches.
