Customers do not need to be confused anymore with sudden trip planning so they have to change the travel schedule. With this application, everything can be done. You don't have to go to ticket counter looking for a replacement ticket schedule, etc. Simply by clicking on the e-ticket on "My Trip" menu then select the reschedule button and follow the next steps. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT AI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered AI ACCESS account.
PURCHASING LOCAL TRAIN TICET
Customers no longer need to queue at the ticket counter, local train ticket purchasing can be done 3 hours before the train departure. Purchases can be made at any time and anywhere. This feature can only be used for AI ACCESS application users.
RESERVATION INTERCITY TRAIN TICET 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE
This feature is provided to answer customer needs, where trips are sometimes made suddenly. Customers no longer need to panic to queue at the counter just to buy go-show tickets. Purchases can be made on the way to the station. This feature can only be used for AI ACCESS application users.
E-BOARDING PASS
This feature will appear 2 hours before train departure. Customers no longer need to queue just to print a boarding pass on the CIC machine (check in counter). Simply show the e-boarding pass on your mobile to the boarding officer. This feature can only be used for AI ACCESS application users.
