myWorldLink app is available for all Worldlink Communications Pvt. Ltd.'s retail broadband customers (CableZOOOM, WiZOOOM and FiberZOOOM). Another version for Enterprise Customers is under development. Using this app, our customers can manage most aspects of customer care without calling us. YOU MUST NOW THE MOBILE NUMBER REGISTERED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT USERNAME. The app authenticates using this mobile number. You can manage multiple accounts associated with the same mobile number.

Main Features:
- Real-time notification of our network status
- Open and view status of trouble tickets
- View account details, current status, validity, expiration date, and remaining volume
- View charges, payments and pending dues
- Check Internet usage
- View bandwidth graphs (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
- Change password
- Temporarily extend (add volume or validity) to expired accounts
